I.Lead is where, over two days, 50-60 young people with disabilities aged 18-28 will come together. These young people have an interest in making a difference and are connected to a disability organisation. Discussing the challenges and identifying potential solutions to present these to decision makers.

 

Day One - 'Let's Lead'

Keynote Motivational Speaker: Cam Calkoen

 

IDENTIFY DRIVERS & FOUNDATIONS

Learning about who we are as individuals and how we use our voices to lead change.

 

SHARE, CONNECT, JOURNEY

Introduction to the rest of the days interactive group discussions and key challenges. 

 

12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch

 

CHALLENGES, GAPS, ISSUES

Interactive group discussions to identify the common challenges faced by young people with disabilities, facilitated by committee members. (2 sessions)

 

3:00pm – 3:30pm

Round Up & Close

A time for good food, good company, and a chance to network with other people from the conference.
